will I receive my DVD order after ordering? |
| |

It should take approximately 5 days after the order deadline date -
which is the cut-off date for us to receive all DVD orders. Please remember that once
we receive all orders, the DVD producers (EMI and Word Music) require time
to process large number of DVDs. |

This
effort is being organized by "The 3:16 Foundation, Inc." - a non-profit/Faith-based
organization. |

Why should I buy a DVD? |
| |

In addition to
acquiring an excellent collection of Christian music, the sales of this
DVD will help feed the homeless and poor families on Thanksgiving and
Christmas holidays and
will provide long term relief to the poor children in Haiti affected by
the January 12, 2010 earthquake. |

Do you
really give out free gift when order DVDs? How does that work? |
| |
|
With every
church/group order of twenty (20) DVDs or more, we will give a free
gift to the group's leader. |

How do people know if your
organization will do what it promised? |
| |
|
Information about the projects will be posted on this website to keep
everyone informed about all of our activities. We also invite other
non-profit organizations to take part in our activities as a way to create
transparency in our performance. |

Who do
I contact if I don't receive my DVD order? |
| |
|
You should
receive your order in a timely fashion. If you don't receive it
within 10 business days, please contact our office at 954-640-3188 |

What's
your return or refund policy? |
| |
|
If a DVD is defective, we will
exchange it at no cost to the buyer. However, due to the fact that
we are not a retailer, we can only replace defective DVDs. |
